Is it actually me, or a look-alike?

It starts from you. Everything that casts you is painted from your DittoAvatar, and photoreal keyframes are compared with it by a face-matching check, with weak matches re-tried. Stylised looks are not face-checked, and a likeness can still vary between results, so review each one before you share it.

Do you keep my face safe?

Yes. Your DittoAvatar is private to your account, only your own face is allowed, results carry an invisible AI-provenance tag in their file metadata where the format supports it, and you can delete your avatar or any creation at any time.

Can it use my own voice?

Optionally, yes — record a short clip and your story scenes can be spoken in your own cloned voice, or pick one of the DittoPix narrators instead.

Can someone else use my face?

Not through your avatar — it is private to your account, and only you can create with it. Use only your own face, or one you have permission to use — you confirm consent each time you scan a face, we refuse requests for named living people, and you can report misuse. Every account is 18+. You can delete your avatar at any time, and delete your account to remove your likeness along with the media made from it.
